This guide helps you set up your account on our platform so you can start using accounts, cards, payouts, and other services.
What is Onboarding?
Onboarding is the process of creating and activating your account. During onboarding, we collect basic details to verify your identity or business and make sure your account is ready to use.
Once onboarding is complete, you can:
- Access your account
- Send and receive money
- Use cards and payouts
- Manage transactions smoothly
Who Can Be Onboarded?
You can onboard:
- Individuals
- Businesses
- Merchants
- Partners or clients using your platform
Each onboarded user gets a connected account linked to your platform.
Steps to Get Started
1. Create an Account
Start by creating a new account with basic contact and business details.
2. Add Required Information
Provide the required details such as:
- Name and contact information
- Business details (if applicable)
- Identification documents
You can update this information at any time before submitting for activation.
3. Submit for Verification
Once all required information is added, submit the account for activation.
Identity Verification (KYC)
To activate your account, identity verification is required.
This helps us:
- Confirm your identity
- Keep the platform safe
- Meet regulatory requirements
Most users only need to complete basic verification to get started.
Business Verification (KYB) — Only for Some Users
Business verification is required only if you plan to accept payments as a merchant.
If applicable, you may be asked for:
- Business registration details
- Ownership information
- Supporting documents
If you’re not accepting payments, this step may not be required.
Handling Additional Information Requests
Sometimes, we may ask for more information after submission.
This can happen if:
- A document is unclear
- Details need correction
- Additional confirmation is required
You’ll be notified and can easily update the requested information to continue.

Onboarding Multiple Accounts
If you need multiple accounts for the same business:
- Additional accounts can be created without repeating verification
- Each account has its own wallet
- Useful for managing funds separately
